Future employment site fetches $4.15m

By Adrian Petroulis

A Sydney investor is paying $4.15m for a 23.8 hectare Parwan farm.

The deal was brokered by Ray White Land Sales via a public tender.

“The property holds good long term prospects with the Parwan employment precinct having already commenced” said Ray White director Adrian Petroulis.

The site has extensive frontage to Geelong-Baccus MarshRoad, providing great main road exposure.

The Parwan Agribusiness Precinct holds significant economic and employment potential for Bacchus Marsh, with the ability to attract significant levels of new industrial and agribusiness investment and businesses that value-add and complement the Bacchus Marsh irrigation district. The Parwan Agribusiness Precinct will contribute to the delivery of the Eastern Link Road.
